The LabVIEW API utilizes LabVIEW gRPC Library functions to communicate with the BTS-16110.

Note LabVIEW and VI Package Manager (VIPM) must be installed before you install LabVIEW gRPC Library.

Install LabVIEW gRPC Library from VI Package Manager before installing BTS-16110 Driver Software.

  1. Open VI Package Manager.
  2. Enter grpc labview in the search field to locate the LabVIEW gRPC Library package.
  3. Select LabVIEW gRPC Library and click Install to begin the installation.
    Note A dialog box displays if VIPM is unable to communicate with the installed LabVIEW version. Click the dialog box Help button to show the required VI Server settings. Check the VI Server settings in LabVIEW under Tools » Options » VI Server and modify as required.
  4. Follow the instructions in the installation prompts.
After LabVIEW gRPC Library is installed, install BTS-16110 Driver Software.
