Complete the following tasks before you use a TestStand workspace file or directory to create a deployment:
- Determine whether you will use multiple deployments to simplify future upgrades
- Identify the components to deploy, including files from the <TestStand Public> directory, a user interface and supporting files, TestStand configuration files, and NI hardware configuration information
- Prepare the components for deployment
