100 MHz, 20 Channel PXI Digital Waveform Instrument—The PXI-6552 is a digital waveform generator/analyzer for interfacing to digital electronics. The PXI-6551 uses custom, programmable voltage levels with per-cycle, per-channel bidirectional control. The PXI-6552 contains deep onboard memory with triggering and pattern sequencing. You can use this device for characterizing, validating, and testing digital electronics and bidirectional communication.
