The Noise Figure Measurement Toolkit helps you perform noise and gain measurements with PXI Vector Signal Analyzers.

The Noise Figure Measurement Toolkit is a software add-on for LabVIEW compatible with PXI Vector Signal Analyzers (VSAs) as well as external power supplies and noise sources. This add-on uses the Y-Factor technique for RF Device Under Test noise figure (RF DUT NF) and gain measurements. The Noise Figure Measurement Toolkit provides a graphical representation of measured results. Additionally, the add-on includes a system self-calibration function.
