Use this report to determine how many seats of a specified non-concurrent license each client used over time. This report shows how many seats of the specified license clients used over time and provides detailed information about any overdrafts.

Complete the following steps to create a seat utilization report:

  1. Launch NI Volume License Manager and select Reports » Set Utilization.
  2. In the Date Range section, select a start and end date.
  3. In the Report Parameters section, select the license you want to examine.
  4. In the Actions section, click Generate Report.
  5. (Optional) In the Actions section, click Export Report and select a format to export the report. Refer to Exporting Reports for more information.
