Creating Seat Utilization (Concurrent) Reports

Use this report to determine how many seats of a specified concurrent license each client used over time. This report shows how many seats of the specified license clients used over time and whether any clients were unable to check out the license because no seats were available.
Complete the following steps to create a seat utilization report:
- Launch NI Volume License Manager and select .
- In the Date Range section, select a start and end date.
- In the Report Parameters section, select the license you want to examine.
- In the Actions section, click Generate Report.
- (Optional) In the Actions section, click Export Report and select a format to export the report. Refer to Exporting Reports for more information.
Note
- Denied checkouts for unmanaged concurrent licenses are displayed by username.
- If a client has permission to multiple licenses that grant access to a particular NI software product, NI VLM records a denied checkout for each denied license when the client tries to use that software product.
