Use this report to determine how a specified client uses licenses. This report shows how many hours the specified client used each license.

Complete the following steps to create a client activity report:

  1. Launch NI Volume License Manager and select Reports » Client Activity.
  2. In the Date Range section, select a start and end date.
  3. In the Report Parameters section, select the client you want to examine.
  4. In the Actions section, click Generate Report.
  5. Select data in the grid to display it in the chart.
  6. (Optional) In the Actions section, click Export Report and select a format to export the report. Refer to Exporting Reports for more information.

The report includes the following information:

  • All licenses that the specified client used during the specified time period
  • Any licenses that the specified client had permission to during the specified time period but did not use
