Get All NI-RFPM De-embedding Data (TSM)

Requires: TSM

Returns the NI-RFPM subsystem sessions and paths and orientations of the S2P files that characterize the de-embedding network for every port connected to a DUT pin in the Semiconductor Module context.

GetAllNIRFPMDeembeddingDataWithPaths.vi
ierrcodeclst.gif error out contains error information. If error in indicates that an error occurred before this VI or function ran, error out contains the same error information. Otherwise, it describes the error status that this VI or function produces. Right-click the error out front panel indicator and select Explain Error from the shortcut menu for more information about the error.
cerrcodeclst.gif error in (no error) describes error conditions that occur before this VI or function runs. The default is no error. If an error occurred before this VI or function runs, the VI or function passes the error in value to error out. This VI or function runs normally only if no error occurred before this VI or function runs. If an error occurs while this VI or function runs, it runs normally and sets its own error status in error out.
i2d30.gif De-embedding Files returns an array of de-embedding files, where each element is a cluster that includes the path and orientation of data in the S2P file that characterizes the de-embedding network for each port in the Ports List parameter. If the path is an absolute path, the VI returns the absolute path whether the file exists or not. If the path is a relative path and the file exists relative to the path of the pin map file, the VI returns the absolute path of the existing file. Otherwise, the VI returns a string without error.
i2dstr.gif Ports Lists returns an array of ports for each pin connected to an NI-RFPM subsystem in the Semiconductor Module Context
i2dvsrn.gif Instrument Sessions returns an array of NI-RFPM subsystem sessions, where each element is the session for each port in the Ports List parameter.
irn.gif Semiconductor Module Context out returns the Semiconductor Module Context parameter unchanged.
crn.gif Semiconductor Module Context is a valid ActiveX reference to a Semiconductor Module context object.
