When you use the LabVIEW development system to call VIs, you can call 32-bit VIs from 64-bit TestStand and 64-bit VIs from 32-bit TestStand. Select one of the following options in the LabVIEW Adapter Configuration dialog box to specify which LabVIEW development system version to launch:
- Use Active LabVIEW Version—Launches the current active 32-bit or 64-bit LabVIEW development system, with a preference to match the bitness of TestStand.
- Use Active 32-bit Version—Launches the current active 32-bit LabVIEW development system.
- Use Active 64-bit Version—Launches the current active 64-bit LabVIEW development system.
TestStand does not support cross-bitness LabVIEW calls when you configure the LabVIEW Adapter to use the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine.
