The PWR and RDY LEDs, located on the module front panel, indicate the power and state of the module.
PWR LED
| Status Indicator | Device State |
|---|---|
| Off | No power is present on the board. |
| Solid green | The module is powered. |
| Blinking red |
|
Tip If the PWR LED remains off or blinking red, try
the following suggestions to help troubleshoot your problem.
- If the PWR LED is off:
- Check the chassis power supply.
- Check the fuse on the board and change the fuse if necessary.
- If the PWR LED is blinking red:
- Check the fuse on the board and change the fuse if necessary.
- Initialize the base board without the daughter cards.
RDY LED

| Solid green | The module is recognized by the chassis and ready to communicate. |
| Amber | The module is communicating with the chassis. |
Tip If the RDY LED remains off or amber, try the
following suggestions to help troubleshoot your problem.
- If the RDY LED is off:
- Check the chassis power supply.
- Check the fuse on the board and change the fuse if necessary.
- The RDY LED is amber and is not communicating with the chassis:
- Shut down all operations and restart the chassis.
