Gets the frequency of the spectrum corresponding to the result of the GetUpperOffsetMargin(string, out double) method. This value is expressed in Hz.

This method gets the value of SemResultsUpperOffsetMarginFrequency attribute.

value	out double	Upon return, contains the frequency of the spectrum corresponding to the result of the GetUpperOffsetMargin(string, out double) method. This value is expressed in Hz.

Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
