Gets the margin from the SEM measurement mask for the offset (positive). This value is expressed in dB.

This method gets the value of SemResultsUpperOffsetMargin attribute.


Name	Type	Description
selectorString	string	Specifies the result name. Example: "" "result::r1" You can use the BuildResultString(string) method to build the selectorString.
value	out double	Upon return, contains the margin from the SEM measurement mask for the offset (positive). This value is expressed in dB.

Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
