Gets the video bandwidth when you set the SetVbwFilterAutoBandwidth(string, RFmxSpecAnMXTxpVbwFilterAutoBandwidth) method to False.

This method gets the value of TxpVbwFilterBandwidth attribute.The default value is 30000.
