Gets the averaging count used for noise calibration when you set the SetNoiseCalibrationAveragingAuto(string, RFmxSpecAnMXChpNoiseCalibrationAveragingAuto) method to False.

Remarks
This method gets the value of ChpNoiseCalibrationAveragingCount attribute.The default value is 32.
