Gets the time offset from the start of the step for which the measurements are computed. This value is expressed in seconds. This method is valid only when you set the SetDigitalEdgeTriggerSource(string, string) method to NationalInstruments.RFmx.SpecAnMX.RFmxSpecAnMXConstants.TimerEvent.

Remarks
This method gets the value of ListStepTimerOffset attribute. The default value is 0.
