Specifies the bandwidth of the resolution bandwidth (RBW) filter used to sweep the acquired offset segment, when you set the SEM Offset RBW Auto property to False. This value is expressed in Hz.

Use "offset<k>" or "subblock<n>" or "subblock<n>/offset<k>" as the Selector Strings to configure or read this property.

The default value is 30000 Hz.
