Gets the value of positive frequency offset for which to measure the spectrum due to switching measurement. This value is expressed in Hz.

public int GetSwitchingOffsetFrequency(string selectorString, out float value)

This method gets the value of OrfsSwitchingOffsetFrequency attribute.The default value is 0.

selectorString	string	Specifies the offset number. Example: "offset0". You can use the BuildOffsetString(string, int) method to build the selector string.
value	out float	Upon return, contains the value of positive frequency offset for which to measure the spectrum due to switching measurement. This value is expressed in Hz.

Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
