Gets the resolution bandwidth used for ORFS due to modulation measurement. This value is expressed in Hz.

public int GetModulationOffsetRbw(string selectorString, out double value)

This method gets the value of OrfsModulationOffsetRbw attribute.The default value is 30000.


Name	Type	Description
selectorString	string	Specifies the modoffset number. Example: "modoffset0". You can use the BuildOffsetString(string, int) method to build the selector string.
value	out double	Upon return, contains the resolution bandwidth used for ORFS due to modulation measurement. This value is expressed in Hz.

Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
