Gets the maximum of peak phase error measured over all the measured time slots. This result is returned while performing ModAcc measurement on EDGE/EGPRS. This value is measured in degrees.

Upon return, contains the maximum of I/Q gain imbalance values over all the measured time slots. This value is expressed in dB. The presence of quadrature skew in the signal affects the measurement of I/Q gain imbalance.
