Gets the RMS phase error of the composite signal. This value is expressed in degrees.

This method gets the value of ModAccResultsRmsPhaseError attribute.

selectorString	string	Specifies the result name. Example: "" "result::r1" You can use the BuildResultString(string) method to build the selectorString.
value	out double	Upon return, contains the RMS phase error of the composite signal. This value is expressed in degrees.

Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
