Gets the RMS symbol phase error of the configured measurement channel. This value is expressed in degrees.

This method gets the value of CdaResultsRmsSymbolPhaseError attribute.

value	out double	Upon return, contains the RMS symbol phase error of the configured measurement channel. This value is expressed in degrees.

Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
