USB-5683
The USB-5683 RF power sensor can accurately measure average power from 10 MHz to 8 GHz over 80 dB of dynamic range. The USB-5683 uses a triple-path architecture that provides RMS measurements across the entire frequency and dynamic range. The USB-5683 has the following features:
- Ability to make average power measurements for continuous wave, multitone, and digitally modulated signals
- Auto-averaging or repeat averaging methods
- Auto-range feature
- Typical sample rate of 140 kS/s
- Configurable aperture time from 0.01 ms to 1 s, in 0.01 ms steps
- Configurable duty cycle correction, to assist in calculating the pulse power of pulse-modulated signals
- Internal and external triggering options, including configuration settings for trigger delay and internal trigger hysteresis
- Time slot and scope measurement modes
- Programmatic zeroing of the sensor
- Onboard calibration factors and correction data, so no reference calibration is needed
