Installing the Auxiliary 48 V Power Source on the PXIe-4150

Connect the power source to the auxiliary power input connector on the PXIe-4150 front panel using a 6-pos to 4-pos cable
rated for ≥60 V/≥15

Tighten the screws to hold the auxiliary 48 V power source in place.
Note An auxiliary 48 V power source is required to operate the PXIe-4150. NI recommends using a power source that is greater than 9 A. The auxiliary power source provided by NI uses sufficient wire gauge to maintain voltage requirements for the device. If you use a third-party auxiliary power source, you must use the appropriate wire gauge to ensure that it can provide the required device current without dropping below the minimum voltage at the auxiliary power input connector
