Configure one or more PXIs that serve as DNS servers.

  1. Open PCU configuration settings » Network » DnsServer.
  2. Acquire available DNS servers using one of the following options.
    • Ask your IT department for the IP4 addresses of the available DNS servers.
    • Run the nslookup command to find available DNS servers.
  3. Enter the IP addresses in the list and press Enter.
    You can also enter a domain element in the list to define the default domain for the name resolution. If you know the default domain, you are only required to specify the host name.
