Returns the date and time of the last successful self-calibration.

The time returned is 24-hour local time and the date is returned as integer values. For example, if the device was calibrated at 2:30 PM on December 31, 2010, this VI returns 14 for the hour output, 30 for the minute output, 12 for the month output, 31 for the day output, and 2010 for the year output.

Note For the PXIe-5644/5645/5646, you must select Image Suppression for the self cal step input.

Supported Devices: PXI-5600, PXIe-5601/5603/5605/5606 (external digitizer mode), PXIe-5644/5645/5646, PXI-5661, PXIe-5663/5663E/5665/5667/5668, PXIe-5820/5830/5831/5832/5840/5841/5842/5860
