Commits settings to hardware. Calling this VI is optional. Settings are automatically committed to hardware when you call the niRFSA Initiate VI, the niRFSA Read IQ VI, or the niRFSA Read Power Spectrum (Cluster) VI.

Note This VI does not wait for settling time, unlike the niRFSA Initiate VI.
