STS RF Subsystem

This section includes useful information about the STS RF subsystem hardware, including a block diagram.

The STS RF subsystem for the Semiconductor Test System (STS) is a combination of components that deliver an integrated RF production test solution. This device consists of the following components:

• STS-5531 port module or STS-5534 high-power port module
• STS-5532 port control module
• PXIe-5644/5645/5646/5841/5831 vector signal transceiver installed in a PXI or PXI Express chassis

These components work with the STS device under test (DUT) interface that contains RF blind mate connectors. The STS with the STS RF subsystem is expandable up to 48 RF port module (RFPM) ports, depending on your pin count and site count requirements.
