Use the Waveform Control VIs to configure the waveforms in your generation operation.

| niHSDIO Configure Waveform To Generate |
Sets the waveform to be generated after a call to the niHSDIO Initiate VI when the generation mode parameter of the niHSDIO Configure Generation Mode VI is set to Waveform. Waveform is the default value for the generation mode. |
| niHSDIO Allocate Named Waveform |
Reserves waveform space in onboard memory and associates a waveform name with it. Individual waveforms are stored contiguously in onboard memory. |
| niHSDIO Delete Named Waveform |
Frees waveform space in onboard memory. |
| niHSDIO Set Named Waveform Next Write Position |
Modifies where to next write within a named waveform. |
