Closes the session specified in instrument handle but leaves the session open on the NI gRPC Device Server.

NI-FGEN returns an error unless an open session at instrument handle exists and was created using the niFgen Initialize With Channels for gRPC session VI or the niFgen Attach gRPC Session VI.
