Disables a previously configured Start trigger. The digital pattern instrument does not wait for a Start trigger after you call the niDigital Initiate VI or the niDigital Burst Pattern VI before bursting a pattern.

    instrument handle out returns the handle that identifies the session in all subsequent VI calls.
