Use these VIs to configure low-level settings of pin maps and pin groups. Use these VIs if you are not loading a pin map file using the niDigital Load Pin Map VI.

niDigital Create Pin Map VI
Creates and loads a pin map. Use this VI if you are not loading a pin map file using the niDigital Load Pin Map VI.
niDigital Create Pin Group VI
Creates a pin group, which is an alias for a list of pins.
niDigital Create Channel Map VI
Creates a channel map, which translates the pin maps and sites to instrument channels. You must create the pin map using the niDigital Create Pin Map VI before calling this VI. Use this VI if you are not loading a pin map file using the niDigital Load Pin Map VI.
niDigital Map Pin to Channel VI
Maps a pin to a digital pattern instrument channel. For DUT pins, you must call this VI multiple times for each pin and once for each site. For system pins, call this VI only once per pin because the VI ignores the site parameter for system pins. You must call the niDigital Create Channel Map VI before you call this VI, and call niDigital End Channel Map VI after creating all connections.
niDigital End Channel Map VI
Call this VI to indicate that the channel map configuration is complete after you create channel map connections using the niDigital Map Pin to Channel VI.
