Use these VIs to configure a digital pattern instrument.

Pin Map
Use these VIs to interact with or create pin maps. Refer to the Pin and Channel Map Editor topic for more information about configuring pin and channel maps.
niDigital Select Function VI
Specifies whether digital pattern instrument channels are controlled by the PPMU, Digital, disconnected, or off. Changes take effect immediately.
Levels and Timing
Use these VIs to configure levels and timing. Levels and timing can be configured through levels and timing sheets or directly through configure VI parameters. Refer to the Timing and the Levels topics for more information about configuring levels and timing.
Pattern
Use these VIs to load and unload digital patterns and to specify patterns to burst. Refer to the Patterns topic for more information about configuring patterns.
Trigger
Use these VIs to configure triggers.
PPMU
Use these VIs to configure the current and voltage levels that the PPMU outputs or measures to the DUT. Refer to the Pin Parametric Measurement Unit (PPMU) topic for more information about configuring the PPMU.
Frequency Counter
Use these VIs to configure measurement settings for frequency counters.
History RAM
Use these VIs to configure the History RAM acquisition.
