DC Current

Use the DC Current nodes to change channel settings when the channel is configured for DC current.

Configuration
Use these nodes to configure a digital pattern instrument.
PPMU Configure Current Level
Specifies the current level that the PPMU forces to the DUT.
PPMU Configure Current Level Range
Configures the current level range and defines the valid values that the current level can be set to using the niDigital PPMU Configure Current Level node.
PPMU Configure Voltage Limits
Specifies the voltage limit high, or high clamp voltage (VCH), and voltage limit low, or low clamp voltage (VCL), for the specified pins when forcing current.
