Use the NI-DCPower Measure VIs to configure the measure unit and acquire measurements.

niDCPower Configure Aperture Time VI
Configures the aperture time on the specified channel(s).
niDCPower Configure Auto Zero VI
Configures auto zero for the device.
niDCPower Configure Power Line Frequency VI
Specifies the power line frequency for all channels in the session.
niDCPower Configure Sense VI
Specifies whether to use local or remote sensing of the output voltage on the specified channel(s).
niDCPower Measure VI
Returns the measured value of either the voltage or current on the specified channel.
niDCPower Measure Multiple VI
Returns arrays of the measured voltage and current values on the specified channel(s).
niDCPower Fetch Multiple VI
Returns an array of voltage measurements, an array of current measurements, and an array of compliance measurements that were previously taken and are stored in the niDCPower buffer.
niDCPower Query In Compliance VI
Queries the specified channel to determine if it is operating at the compliance limit.
niDCPower Query Output State VI
Queries the specified channel to determine if the channel is currently in the state specified by output state.
niDCPower Measure Multiple LCR VI
Measures and returns an array of LCR data on the specified channel(s).
niDCPower Fetch Multiple LCR VI
Returns an array of previously measured LCR data on the specified channel that have been taken and stored in a buffer.
