ParameterDescription
Plots 1-4Provides customizable graphs you can use to analyze various conditions of the system after inserting the controller in the loop. Each graph has a corresponding tab at the bottom of the page that you use to customize the graph and the conditions you want to plot. The axes and characteristics of the graphs change according to the Type of Analysis you select for that graph.
Type of AnalysisSpecifies the type of plot to display in the corresponding graph.
ModelsContains the following pages of conditions you can display in the customizable graphs. The color box beside each condition allows you to set the color of its plot.
  • Plant—Contains the following plant-related conditions you can display in the customizable graphs:
    • Plant (P)—Specifies to return the plant in the system.
    • Actuator (A)—Specifies to return the actuator in the system.
    • Sensor (H)—Specifies to return the sensor in the system.
    • Plant + actuator (AP)—Specifies to combine and return the plant and actuator in the system.
  • Controller—Contains the following controller-related conditions you can display in the customizable graphs:
    • Controller (C)—Specifies to return the controller in the system.
    • Feedforward (F)—Specifies to return the feedforward in the system.
    • Closed loop (r-y)—Specifies to return the complete closed-loop system.
    • Control output (r-u)—Specifies to return the equivalent system to analyze the control effort, or the signal applied to the input of the system.
  • Sensitivity—Contains the following sensitivity-related conditions you can display in the customizable graphs:
    • Loop transfer function (CAPH)—Specifies to return the loop transfer function of the system.
    • Plant sensitivity (dy-y)—Specifies to return the equivalent system model for output sensitivity or the model from the output y against a disturbance in the output y.
    • Output sensitivity (du-y)—Specifies to return the equivalent system model for plant sensitivity or a variation of y against a disturbance in the input u.
    • Sensor sensitivity (dh-y)—Specifies to return the equivalent system model for sensor sensitivity or the model from the output y against a disturbance after the sensor H.
