Acquiring and Preprocessing Time Series (Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit)

The first step in time series analysis is to obtain the time series that you want to analyze. You can acquire data from National Instruments data acquisition hardware and software or from files that contain pre-stored data. After you obtain a time series, you need to perform some preliminary processing to make the raw data suitable for further analysis. Use the Time Series Analysis VIs to perform data inspection and preprocessing.
