Data Source Tab

The Data Source tab of the String Value Test contains the following option:

• Data Source Expression —A string expression the step uses to compare against the expected value. The default value is Step.Result.String property. You can customize this expression when you do not want to set the value of Step.Result.String in the code module . For example, you can set the data source expression to refer to variables and properties such as, Locals.MyStringValue .
