Silicon Controlled Rectifier Model Maker

Complete the following steps to create a silicon controlled rectifier model:

1. From the Model tab of the Component Properties dialog box, click Add/Edit. The Select a Model dialog box appears.
2. Click Start model maker. The Select Model Maker dialog box appears.
3. From the Model makers list, select SCR and click Accept. The SCR Model dialog box appears.
4. Enter values on the SCR Model dialog box as described in the following sections.

     The SCR Model dialog box shows preset values for the 2N6504 SCR.
