Complete the following steps to create a multiple winding linear transformer model:

  1. From the Model tab of the Component Properties dialog box, click Add/Edit. The Select a Model dialog box appears.
  2. Click Start model maker. The Select Model Maker dialog box appears.
  3. From the Model makers list, select Linear Transformer (Multiple Winding) and click Accept. The Linear Transformer Model dialog box appears.
  4. In the Primary box, click Option 1 or Option 2 to quickly select a set of default properties for the transformer's primary winding.

    Enter values directly into the Primary input voltage, Magnetizing impedance, Leakage inductance, and Winding resistance fields.

  5. Optionally, increase the number of secondary outputs in the Secondary output number field. The number of Output voltage, Leakage inductance, and Winding resistance fields increase to match the entered number, up to 5.
  6. Enter the desired Output voltage, Leakage inductance, and Winding resistance values.
