1. From the Model tab of the Component Properties dialog box, click Add/Edit. The Select a Model dialog box appears.
  2. Click Start Model Maker. The Select Model Maker dialog box appears.
  3. From the Model makers list, select BJT and click Accept. The BJT Model dialog box appears.
  4. Enter values in the BJT Model dialog box as described in the sections in this book.

      The BJT Model dialog box shows preset values for the model MPS2222 BJT.
