PCI, 16 Differential or 14 Thermocouple Channel Temperature Input Device—The PCI-4351 features accurate thermocouple and DC voltage meters. You also can take temperature measurements with resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) or thermistors, resistance measurements using built-in precision current sources, and current measurements using external shunt resistors. The PCI-4351 has a 24-bit sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with differential analog inputs. The low-leakage construction and analog and digital filtering provide excellent resolution, accuracy, and noise rejection. Software-programmable ground-referencing enables you to reference a floating signal without compromising voltage measurements even if the floating signal is ground-referenced. Software-programmable open-thermocouple detection allows you to detect a broken thermocouple.
