FPGA Application with Large Number of Controls And/or Indicators on Top-Level VI Can Fail to Compile

The compilation might fail with the following error message:

An internal software error has occurred. Please contact National Instruments technical support at ni.com/support with the following information:

Error -4701 occurred at an unidentified location

Possible reason(s):

LabVIEW: (Hex 0xFFFFEDA3) The maximum recursion limit was reached while attempting the regular expression match

Workaround:

There is currently no known workaround for this issue.
