Receiving feedback from our users helps us improve our software products. Please let us know when you encounter any issues with NI software by using the NI Service Request Manager (SRM).
Additionally, if you have an active software subscription or valid service agreement, you can also discuss the issue with an NI Technical Support representative.
Before reporting a bug, please refer to the release notes (Known Issues, Bugs, Bug Fixes) to verify whether an issue from a previous version was resolved in subsequent versions.
- To report a bug, go to the Service Requests Manager (SRM) page, and select the Report a Bug option. If you are not already logged in to your NI User Account, you will be prompted to log in before you can access SRM.
- Type the serial number for the product for which you would like to report a bug, and then click Next and follow the steps on the following two pages.
Note: If you do not have the product serial number, you can still click Next and search for the product by name.
- After completing the service request form, click Next to submit the bug report. You may receive an email from a Technical Support representative asking for additional information or files to investigate the issue further.
