As vice president of experience for global marketing, Josh Mueller leads the team responsible for delivering an unsurpassed customer journey that encourages their success and makes it easier for them to do business with NI. In this role, he oversees product marketing, pricing, and the reimagination of ni.com as well as the company’s eCommerce business.
With more than 15 years of experience across digital, IT, product, and marketing, Mueller is recognized as a leader in the industry. Most recently, he served as chief digital officer at Vonage where he helped evolve the company’s transformation efforts to become a pioneer in business cloud communications. Prior to his role at Vonage, he was the chief marketing officer at Dun & Bradstreet; there he helped modernize the marketing organization and, as an operating executive, helped drive the company’s successful privatization. Before Dun & Bradstreet, Mueller spent seven years at Dell in various management positions while specializing in digital, content, and demand generation.
Mueller and his teams have received dozens of industry awards. He’s a thought leader on topics surrounding digital, demand generation, data, organizational design, and career development. He often publishes content and speaks on these topics and how they can be leveraged to drive growth.
Mueller holds a master’s degree in business administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University.
