Configure Scan Operation (IVI Switching Mode)

The Configure Scan operation configures the switch module for scanning the step specifies. The switch module must support the IVI Scanner extension. You can set the scan list on the Scan List tab and set other scan related options on the Scan Details tab. Once you configure the scan list, you must use the Start Scan operation to instruct the instrument to initiate the scan.

The Edit IVI Switch Step dialog box for the Configure Scan operation in IVI Switching mode contains the following tabs:

• Scan List Tab —The list of connect, disconnect, and wait for trigger items in the scan list.
• Scan Details Tab —Trigger-related settings for the scan list.
• Operation Settings Tab —Specifies where the dialog saves and reloads the operation settings.
