状态:外部过压:外部过压通道存在

表示设备是否检测到任务中任意通道的外部电压过载条件。读取该属性将清除任务中所有通道的外部电压过载状态。在读取External OvervoltageChans之前必须读取该属性。否则将返回一个错误。
