Operating LED Controls

By default, LED controls are indicators and therefore are not operable. However, you can change the control mode of the LED to normal, hot, or validate, and consequently render them operable.

You can operate an LED control from the keyboard by pressing the <Spacebar> or <Enter> key to change the state of the LED.

To operate an LED with the mouse, click the LED to change its state.

If the control mode of the LED is hot or validate, a commit event is generated when the LED is active and you change its state.
