Call Parent Method

Calls the implementation of a dynamic dispatch member VI in the nearest parent class in the inheritance hierarchy.

You can only use this node on the diagram of a VI on the member list of a class that inherits from a parent class. The VI in the child class must be a dynamic dispatch VI and have the same name as a VI on the parent class member list. The inputs, outputs, and icon of this node change to match the parent member VI exactly.
