Connection Tab

The contents of the Connection tab vary for each OLE DB provider.

Note
  • If the connection requires a password, you must save the password in the connection string by enabling the Allow Saving Password control.
  • If you want to use the Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC drivers to connect to an ODBC data source , you must first configure a data source name within the ODBC Administrator.
