Locking Control Modes

Control modes that are not supported by a specific DUT can be locked. You can configure the RA module to lock the control modes. The locked control modes are defined in a (value) table called RA_Control_ Modes_Disabled.CTL.WTB.

Complete the following steps to lock a specific control mode.

  1. Open the RA_Control_ Modes_Disabled.CTL.WTBtable and complete one of the following actions:
    • Activate the control mode to lock, if the row is already present in this table.
    • Enter a new (active) row in this table to add the control mode to lock.
  2. Save your data and generate the test.
